Dyspatch Inc. is committed to protecting user privacy in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

1. Information We Collect

Account info (name, phone, email), identity documents (riders), GPS location during deliveries, payment data via PCI-DSS compliant gateways, and usage data.

2. How We Use Data

Matching riders, processing payments, live tracking, identity verification, platform improvement, notifications, and legal compliance.

3. Security

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Role-based access. ID documents in encrypted cloud storage.

4. Data Sharing

Limited sharing with: Paystack/Flutterwave (payments), Termii/Twilio (SMS), cloud providers (hosting), law enforcement (when legally required).

5. Your Rights

Under NDPR: access, correct, delete your data, withdraw consent, lodge complaint with NDPB. Contact: privacy@dyspatch.com.ng

By using Dyspatch, you agree to these Terms governing the User App, Rider App, website, and all services.

1. Platform

Dyspatch is a two-sided marketplace connecting senders with independent riders. Riders are independent contractors, not employees.

2. User Responsibilities

Accurate addresses, legal packages, share OTP at pickup, pay displayed fare.

3. Rider Responsibilities

Valid ID/vehicle docs, arrive on time, verify OTP, handle packages with care, mark delivery within 200m GPS.

4. Payments

Fares estimated at order, finalised on delivery. Dyspatch earns commission. Rider earnings โ†’ Wallet โ†’ Bank (min โ‚ฆ500, 24/7).

5. Cancellations

  • Before match: full refund
  • After match, before pickup: โ‚ฆ200 fee
  • Rider cancels: full refund
  • No rider 10 min: full refund

6. OTP

4-digit code, 30-min expiry, 3 failed attempts โ†’ order locked for Admin review.

7. Governing Law
